All shipping dates given are ESTIMATES and we will not be held accountable nor approve refunds for late shipments. By purchasing, you acknowledge & accept this policy. 

The Rose Company is owned and operated in Salt Lake City, Utah. However, we ship out of two different fulfillment centers. One domestic and one international. 

If you order from the United States, your order will most likely be shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA. If you order from any other country, your order will most likely ship from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Depending on the facility's stock and volume of orders, we may need to ship your item from a "further" fulfillment center. By purchasing, you acknowledge & accept this policy.
